We attended The Vacuum House on Saturday after recommendations for a repair on our Tenico mop, travelling an hour to the store. We were greeted by a very lovely, down to earth owner who actioned our repair immediately, we happened to be very in luck this day. The repair was completed and the owner even helped us take the parts back to our car. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend anyone in need of a repair or new purchase to go in store.
